Whether you are a beginner or an experienced exerciser, Fit Form classes allow participants to work to their own level, ensuring you have a safe, fun and challenging workout.
Community fitness classes (indoor and outdoor) run weekly in Dunbar, East Linton and North Berwick, offering a variety of workouts from Body Conditioning, Pilates and Zumba to Metafit, Body Suspension and Bootcamps. You can book these on a PAYG basis or benefit from lower prices
by buying a class pass.
Laura is also now teaching Pilates, Body Conditioning, Bootcamp and Zumba at Whitekirk Hill (members only) as well as long term health condition classes for Enjoy Leisure and Live Well East Lothian.
If you prefer the flexibility of working out at home, the @Home pass is also available, offering 24/7 access to 150+ workouts.
